This company has been problematic to deal with since the day they installed my shower glass. After the shower glass was installed, I noticed part of it looked crooked or misaligned against the tile. I called it in a couple days after installation. The person who initially took the shower glass measurements came back to see the work, and he advised that it needed to be fixed.
Then it took 3 weeks and at least 4 voicemail messages to finally get someone to my house. This company was so quick to take my money and get the job done, but way too slow to address the potential issue at hand post-install.
The person who came to re-measure today advised that the pony wall was not even, and that was the reason my glass wasn't looking aligned. Now that totally contradicts what the prior employee told me, so who knows what to think at this point. Then they mentioned that they could do the work, but that I would have to pay for any of the shower tile repairs needed from them adjusting the glass. That doesn't even sound right, but I moved on to the next item at hand.
So then we go to measure the 2nd shower for glass, and they send me a quote that basically does not honor the pricing they agreed to when we did the first shower (the agreement was that the 2nd shower would be done at a discount of $1,250 if I got the first shower done with them). When I brought this to their attention, they cited that costs have gone up and advised that our agreement was more than 30 days old and no longer valid. Basically they are totally negating the fact that at least 3 weeks and multiple messages went by before I could even get them to respond to my issue.
Then someone in charge of managing their quotes and text messages decides to argue back and forth with me, stating that the pony wall measruements were explained to me (because it was in the employee's written notes), and that it was a courtesy for them to send employees out twice to measure afterwards. The notes were NOT stated to me at time of installation at all, and the first employee who revisted the measurements advised that the glass needed to be adjusted. Clearly there is conflicting info here. The person handling the text messaging was talking like they did this as a courtesy for me, nevermind the fact that they have a 12 month warranty that is baked into the price I paid and there is an outstanding issue with conflicting communication. Good luck if anyone ever needs to utilize the warranty is all I can say about that.
TL:DR - The glass is good quality, but it is sourced from another manufacturer anyway. Installers need to do a much better job advising customers if/when they notice an issue with measurements or glass installation. There is a huge lack of accountability from management on down, as well as lapses in meaningful communication internally with employees and externally with customers. They would rather argue with you on their own issues than apologize and handle any missteps or honor their agreements. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company.....there is too much competition out there that can do the job just as well.
