Cam was absolutely awesome! I spoke with him on the phone before coming in, and he gave me all the info I needed upfront. When I got there, the price actually ended up being a little cheaper than expected, which was a nice surprise. I was in and out in under 40 minutes — super quick and easy. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had fast Wi-Fi. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.

I recently did a 3.5 inch lift on my Jeep Gladiator, and needed to do an alignment as my steering wheel had changed, and wanted to make sure everything was in order. They got me in and took care of my Jeep fast and efficiently. I even got a print out of before they started work and after that shows the improvements they made on my alignment. I would definitely recommend.

They were super accommodating and nice. They didn’t push anything on me. And I saved $40 on my oil change compared to the place I had been going. They also had a kids room which helped with my 3 littles while we waited. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Jeff was especially great!!!

The team here has always taken great care of me. One time, when two of my tires blew, they even offered me a ride home. That kind of service really shows how much they care about their customers. Unlike a lot of places that try to “push sales,” the staff here truly listen and take customers’ needs and financial situations into account when recommending services. I trust them with all of my vehicles, and I will never go anywhere else. They’re an amazing, honest, and caring team-truly exceptional.

Excellent place of business. EVERYONE was nice, and helpful. Jon is amazing. Not sure who the mechanic is, but he is awesome. I just got to Oklahoma a few months ago. They took care of me the way my guys would have back home. I am forever grateful for that.

I brought my car in for a water pump going out. My vehicle went in with no other issues besides water pump was going out. Took them 4 days to have it done and for them to tell me my car is now miss firing due to spark plug #2. Took it home with the issue. Changed out all the spark plugs and coil pack. Still was miss firing. Got a reading done and was told 1 bank is missing firing 1,2,3 which made me realize the timing was off. Took it back to same day auto for them to confirm the timing was off. On day 4 they called and told me that my cam phasers are bad and that would be additional 3600 dollars. A trusted source advised that those could went bad due to timing chain being installed incorrectly. I feel like they took full advantage or me. Caused more problems then helped. I do not recommend them.

When I picked up my truck and started down the highway, I noticed my hood vibrating, they didn't make sure my hood was latched down. I also got new tires on my dually, and the next day my driver's side outside rear dual was flat, bad valve stem. The problem I had was not the two issues, but the attitude of the service guy I worked with. His name was Cam and he was not really concerned,or bothered by what I felt like we're rather large issues. Especially the truck hood not being latched properly. That could've been a giant liability issue if I hadn't noticed it and pulled over to latch it properly. Normally my dealings with this company have been positive, so this surprised me, but I also had not ever worked with Cam before, and won't again.
