I reached out to Sam after I was told an install could not be done and the dishwasher was left in the middle of my living room. He was at my house within two hours and was able to complete the dishwasher installation without any issues. He explained the installation process as he went along and make recommendations for parts that were needed and those I could return. Sam completed the work quickly and efficiently. Before leaving he was able to give me options for a future repair on my washing machine. It felt great to be able to work with someone kind and trustworthy. Thank you for the fantastic service.

After speaking by phone to multiple repair company receptionists who couldn’t give us an estimate to replace a blown thermal fuse in our GE electric dryer, we were so relieved to get a clear answer when we called Sam the Man. Awesome work. 1. Called in advance, 2. Repaired promptly without problem, 3. Charged a very fair price. Prior repairman from a different company claimed a part was faulty when it was not and wanted $129 for the part and $300 for the labor and left the dryer dissembled while ordering the part and didn’t come back when promised. Sam was contacted this morning about my oven not heating up, not only was he here the same day but it was fixed super fast! The oven is used daily , so the urgency to get here and get it fixed was extremely appreciated! He came in the exact time frame he mentioned and communicated when he was on his way. We just moved to New Jersey recently and needed to get our washer and dryer installed in our new place. We called Sam and he came to our house that very day. He installed our washer successfully and then tried to install our dryer. He discovered that our dryer was not compatible with the gas line of the house because the dryer was designed for a line connection with a larger thread size. He said that I could get an adaptor for it from Home Depot and to call him once I had it. I was planning to do this the next day but I got a call from him that night saying that he was at Home Depot anyway and would I want him to get the adaptor for me. Of course I replied yes, and then he came the next day and installed the adaptor and we then had our dryer working It was a pleasure to have him come and help us. He knows his stuff and was happy to answer my myriad of questions while he was busy going through the installation. There's nothing like quizzing an expert in his craft. We've had zero problems with our washer or dryer since installation. But if we did, we know who to call I highly recommend Sam for any of your home appliance jobs

Excellent work! I was given a same day appointment for an issue with my dryer. The technician seemed very knowledgeable, was able to diagnose and fix my problem very quickly. He was really nice, even fixed my daughter's toy car per her request. Highly recommend this company for appliance repair.
