SAM RENT A CAR LLC

Update: the business owner was correct. I meant to leave the review for Sanam Rent a Car LLC. Below review is not relevant to Sam Rent a car. There was no way for me to delete it , hence I updated it. My experience with this company, which I was directed to after booking an Alamo rental through DiscoverCars.com, was deeply disappointing. Be aware that upon arrival, you may find that Sanam Rent a Car is a local third-party operator representing major brands like Alamo and Enterprise, which was not made clear during booking. ​While the car itself was fine, the experience after returning it was terrible, and I cannot recommend this company due to their dishonest billing practices. ​After my rental was complete, I was charged for a traffic violation, which I accepted. However, over the next week, two more mysterious charges appeared on my credit card from Sanam: one for $84.86 and another for $114.66. ​There was zero communication from them about these charges. No invoice, no justification, no courtesy email—nothing. They just took the money. Even when I emailed them for clarification, I never received a response. ​This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase down a company to find out why their money is being taken. I am now going through the hassle of a bank dispute. Please avoid this company, especially if you think you're booking with a major international brand, as you may be unpleasantly surprised by who you're actually dealing with and their post-rental charges.

Very good service. Amit gave me the cars which were clean and fresh with no problems. Also picked up the car at the airport. I will definitely go back.
