Baylie was an absolute lifesaver during an unplanned medical event. She was incredibly patient and flexible with the uncertainties of how many visits would be needed and at what times – all of which depended on hospital policies that were beyond my control. Needing surgery is stressful in itself, but even more nerve racking was making sure my elderly dog was cared for and comforted during my absence, and that I could trust someone to be in my home. I interviewed four pet sitters before meeting Baylie, so clearly, I did my research. Instinctively, I felt she was trustworthy, capable, kind, and reliable. And we all know that dogs are the best judge of character, so after seeing how my dog and Baylie interacted, I knew she was most definitely the best choice. I felt completely at ease and hugely relieved knowing she would care for my dog in the same way that she cares for her own. And she did exactly that, going above and beyond my expectations. She also sent updates and photos of playtime and cuddling. When I returned, the house was just as I had left it and I was greeted by a very happy, relaxed well-cared for dog. I rarely write reviews but wanted to help others looking for exceptional pet care. Highly recommend and will request her services whenever needed in the future.

Great friendly staff and walkers. The owners are great at communicating with their clients. The detailed daily reports are great, and seeing exactly where they take your pup for their walk. Highly recommended
