Zeke and the team (with particular thanks to Ben) took on a complex and large complete flat roof replacement for us with tricky box gutter design. The quality of the work was excellent and the follow up support for what came to be minor issues outstanding. Zeke is responsive and attentive and more importantly came to the party on some specific challenges through the reinstall. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to use in the future.

Saltwater roofing recently completed a full roof replacement via an insurance claim. They completed the work in great time, and left our house very clean and tidy. Alyssa’s communication around the scheduling and activities between the various trades was first class.

The Saltwater crew did an excellent job. Communication from Alyssa at the office was spot on and the roofers were pleasant to work with and completed reroofing the house and shed in just over three days. César Posadas From when the Aizer Claims manager Katie informed me of your people would be doing the job, I was told to expect a call from Alyssa, the very personable and friendly manner as the first line of contact left me very much at ease about the process ahead, she left me with a date and time and the name of Zeke coming to look at the job and get necessary details for materials to order, I was pleased that finally things were starting, when I looked at their web sight and found that the Director of the company was the man coming in person, an on the job man a hands on, you could say. I already from the web pages were impressed, I could not have been more pleased. Alyssa was continuing to be in touch, as weather was continuing to effect progress for all works, she as a front line communicator and coordinator one could not ask for better, keeping me in touch. When the expected Cyclone past and work could begin she informed of the date I could expect mine to start, gave me the name of Ben as team leader, that Monday morning on arrival after introductions he informed me of his time frame due to previous commitment that he had got a couple of extra hands and were hoping to perhaps finish most of the job in the two days and return the following week, I was pleased with his upfront assessment and his efforts to do his best. Quit obviously Ben's leadership skills and commitment to job meant that halve a dozen men were getting on with it and soon one could see the result of people that are happy in there work and by the end if the first day you could see the results, they were going to get it done. At the end of that day I was so impressed when they left I asked my neighbours on all sides to come and look at the work that these men had done in a day, they were as amazed as I was. Ben returned to finish the job the next day I thanked him and his crew for a most professional and diligent effort and wished him a good and well deserved break. I think it is not surprising that people perform at their best when they are happy in their job, and it starts at the top the head of a business with the leadership that every member of the company is happy to follow.
