While some people like to look at the โBig Pictureโ, we all know that real estate is very LOCAL. I see a lot of posts about general market stats (i.e. numbers from the entire MLS)!
But if you click through my slides, youโll see specific cities & towns in the North Denver Metro Area. Basically areas in my โwheelhouseโ so-to-speak. :)
Youโll see that last month, that Broomfield was the big winner in terms of average sales price UP by 10% compared to a year ago.
Other highlights:
๐ Louisville: up 9.5%
๐ Erie: up almost 5%
๐ Longmont: up 4%
๐ Boulder: DOWN 10%!
๐ Lafayette: DOWN a whopping 31%!
