What does "off market" mean? It's when a home sells without having to market it to the public via the MLS or online.

I had a listing coming up in Kenosha Farm in #eriecolorado and it turns out that Kim and Lindsey had buyers interested in it. They asked to see the home before I put it in the MLS and it turns out they loved it and wanted to write an offer.

This is a great example of a WIN-WIN-WIN-WIN for all parties.

πŸ“ Seller received the sales price (and net proceeds) she wanted. Seller didn't have to do any painting or cleaning or deal with any showings.
πŸ“ Buyers got a fantastic house, at a great price (with closing costs paid for including a rate buy-down) and without having to compete with other buyers.
