What does "off market" mean? It's when a home sells without having to market it to the public via the MLS or online.
I had a listing coming up in Kenosha Farm in #eriecolorado and it turns out that Kim and Lindsey had buyers interested in it. They asked to see the home before I put it in the MLS and it turns out they loved it and wanted to write an offer.
This is a great example of a WIN-WIN-WIN-WIN for all parties.
π Seller received the sales price (and net proceeds) she wanted. Seller didn't have to do any painting or cleaning or deal with any showings.
π Buyers got a fantastic house, at a great price (with closing costs paid for including a rate buy-down) and without having to compete with other buyers.
π I didn't have to pay for staging or photography or do any open houses!
π Buyer's Agent Lindsey and lender Kim were able to finally put buyers under contract after a long search!
πNote this doesn't happen often, but when the stars align, it can be a #WIN for all parties.
