🏡🎉🏡 Just closed! Another one in the books! Seller (estate representative) contacted me to sell his mom's home after she passed away a few months ago. Mom hadn't been able to do much maintenance or cleaning so it needed a lot of elbow grease.
Since I'm a gardener (and full service agent) I went over there a bunch of times to weed the garden and rock bed areas. I even washed windows!
Seller was convinced they needed to install new carpet ($$$) but I knew that the amazing Patrick Karamian would do an amazing job at bringing the carpet back to life.
