Here are median sales prices for February 2025:
Boulder: $1.95M +40% ?! (is that a typo?)
Longmont: $610K +10.9%
Broomfield: $642K +1.1%
Lafayette: $715K -5.1%
Louisville / Superior: $880K -6.9%
Erie: $762K -8.1%
As I always say...Real estate is LOCAL. These numbers are specific to entire towns and include several zip codes in many cases. For YOUR house and neighborhood, I'd be happy to run a comparative market analysis show you what homes have sold for recently, how long it took to sell, what hasn't sold, current active inventory, etc.
