👉 Do you know what Buyer Agency means? As a buyer, do you know that you *can* work directly with the Seller's Agent (listing agent)? But it's NOT advised! The Seller's agent is exactly that - they work for the seller, not you. They won't negotiate on your behalf nor disclose to you any adverse material facts. Their loyalty is to their Seller. And..you're not going to save any money off the purchase price by going directly to the Seller's Agent. Why not be represented by a Buyer's Agent?
