“Disappointment with Return/Exchange Policy and Coupon Usage” Dear Owner, I wanted to share my recent experience at your store, which unfortunately has left me quite disappointed. Last week, I visited your store and purchased several items, which I was very happy with. During that visit, two gentlemen were extremely helpful and informed me about the 30-day exchange or refund policy, which I found very accommodating. However, when I returned to your store to make another purchase and use a 10% coupon I had, I was surprised to learn that applying the coupon would nullify my ability to exchange or return items. Additionally, the lady attending to me mentioned that the store's return/exchange policy is only valid for 15 days. This information was not communicated to me during my previous visit. I found this policy discrepancy quite confusing and concerning, especially when buying Eid clothes for my family, where correct sizing is crucial. I ended up purchasing items without using my coupon to ensure I could still exchange or refund them later, which was disappointing. As a result of this experience, I am hesitant to return to your store. I had hoped to have found a reliable place in NJ to purchase festive items, but this issue has made me reconsider. I kindly request that you review and update your return/exchange policy to ensure it aligns with customer expectations and is clearly communicated to all patrons. The lady's inability to politely answer my questions was surprising and disappointing. This experience also confirmed the negative impression of her collected from a previous customer review.

I live in Rockland and needed a place to purchase Indian clothes that wasn’t behind glass and didn’t require haggling. This place was perfect. I didn’t want to go all the way to the city or Edison - totally Worth the drive to parsippany! Great selection and family matching outfits!

Wens here a day before EID and the staff was so helpful. They had a lot of options in different dresses and brands. Farheena in particular helped my mom pick out dresses virtually. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever my family needs something.

Disappointed from their return policy. They mentioned that we can return the dress within 15 days before we purchased the dress, we went back a week later to return one dress. They said we can’t return it and can give only store vouchers of same price. They are scammers.

It seems that this lady at the register woke up on the bad side today. She gave and attitude to 2 customers in matters of 8 min while I was shopping. One of them revolted against and complained loudly. Once it was my turn I was not greeted and was given side eyes. I do not tolerate and appreciate this type of service. You would not see me or my family buying from this shop again.
