I’ve used this place a few times now - so I have an average of those experiences to rate from. It’s just such poor etiquette - and it feels like that’s the training and direction given. As if every dollar matters that much to them. But at the same time - the quality of the product is poor. And then… talk about exchange and they’re like nope. Even though that’s their policy. Refund… never! 🤦🏽‍♂️ I’d love to support businesses like this but they just shoot themselves in the foot with poor ethics. They could do with a reminder that they’re charging top prices in a US market, not other markets.

We had a wonderful shopping experience! We bought both kids’ clothes and our Eid outfits, and we are extremely happy with everything. The collection was beautiful, and the quality of the clothes was excellent. A special thanks to Fatima and Abeer for entertaining us and making our visit so pleasant. They were very friendly, helpful, and patient throughout our shopping. Their customer service truly made a difference. We’ll definitely be coming back again! 😊

From casual wear to formal outfits, price range 30$ to 200$ everything was beautifully designed and high quality. A must visit for anyone who loves Pakistani fashion! Special shoutout to the salespersons.We came in close to closing time, but the workers were so kind and didn’t make us feel hurried. They let us shop at our pace and helped us with a smile. Truly respectful and professional Most places rush you at closing, but here they treated us so nicely even though it was late. No pressure, no panic just friendly service and warm behavior. Highly recommend!

I am attending a 4-day wedding next month for a good friend of mine. I went into the shop today with my mother, and the saleswomen did not even acknowledge us as we entered the shop, didn’t offer to help us, and stared at us while we browsed around. I am gladly taking my business elsewhere. Also noticed a lot of frayed materials and overpriced pieces.
