I ordered from this store and realized within minutes that I had selected the wrong size. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order, but received no response. I then found their WhatsApp number and sent a message requesting cancellation—still no reply until after the order was shipped.
I clearly stated that I would return the item, which I did—at my own expense—as soon as it arrived. Now, despite having the product back in their hands, they’re refusing to refund me and only offering a gift card, citing a policy for orders over $80.
Even if that’s their policy, the issue is that they ignored my messages when it was still possible to cancel the order. This felt like a tactic to force the sale through. I followed all the right steps, but their lack of timely customer service has left me stuck with store credit I don’t want.
Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend ordering from them unless you’re 100% sure of your purchase—they do not handle customer support fairly or professionally.
