I visited based on a recommendation, and I’m not sure if it was because it was late and I was the last client, but the experience felt rushed and impersonal. The masseuse used her elbow about 75% of the time, which wasn’t very relaxing and has left my back feeling sore. The massage started off very dry and rough. I had to ask if she was going to use any oil, which she eventually did.
The overall massage felt basic and hurried. The best part was the facial massage, likely because it required more careful use of hands. I ended up adjusting the tip I originally planned to leave, and only left one because of the facial portion.
I kindly encourage the team to treat each guest with the same level of care and patience, even at the end of a long day. I came in really hoping to relax, and I believe that with a bit more mindfulness, the experience could have been much better.
