I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience during my recent travel. The driver, Rahul, behaved in an extremely unprofessional and rude manner throughout the journey. What concerned me the most was that he raised his voice at women in the vehicle, which is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect, courtesy, and basic professionalism. No passenger should ever be spoken to in such a tone.
Additionally, the driver tried to forcefully insist that we switch to an auto-rickshaw instead of allowing us to continue with the booked ride. This kind of pressure and behavior makes customers feel unsafe, uncomfortable, and disrespected. A travel service should prioritize the safety, comfort, and choice of the customer—unfortunately, none of that was provided in this case.
On top of all this, the driver was constantly talking on the phone while driving, both on the onward and return journey. This is extremely dangerous and shows a complete disregard for passenger safety.
Because of this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid choosing this travel service until they address such behavior from their staff. Passengers deserve a safe, respectful, and comfortable journey, and incidents like this make the service feel unreliable and untrustworthy.
I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to ensure such incidents do not happen again and that drivers are properly trained to maintain professional behavior, especially when interacting with women and other vulnerable passengers.
