Safex offers really dependable security services. Their team is professional, well-trained, and always alert. They handle situations calmly and make clients feel safe and cared for. Overall, Safex is a trustworthy company that genuinely takes security seriously.

Do not use Safex for your removal. This was the most stressful, unprofessional, and damaging move I have ever experienced. If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience was a catalogue of disasters from start to finish: 1. Arrived with a half-full van: The team turned up with a van containing another client's furniture. This meant what should have been one trip turned into FIVE, dragging the move out over 12 agonising hours. 2. Incredibly careless and negligent: Our belongings were treated with zero respect. Staff dropped items marked "Fragile," trampled plants in our new garden, dragged our mattress through the dirt, and broke a glass terrarium by standing on it. They left the front door of our old flat propped open with our kettlebell, which was then stolen. 3. Didn't even finish the job: After all that, they left most of our belongings on the street and in the front garden rather than moving them into the house. Some have gone missing, so I assume they've been stolen. 4. Refused to take responsibility: When we raised a complaint about the missing and broken items, Safex completely dismissed our concerns. They tried to hide behind terms and conditions that were never shown to us or agreed upon at any point during the booking. They blamed us for their own team's negligence and refused to offer fair compensation for the damage they caused. I see they largely provide other services, but using them for removals will cost you time, money, and your peace of mind. Avoid them at all costs and find a professional, reputable removal company instead.

Great and reliable service! SAFEX were able to meet a short notice request for overnight security at my site for several days. They were prompt with timings, and provided hourly updates (images) check-ins. Would be happily use again!

Absolutely awful. The movers stood on my mirror and broke it that was expensive, and now are refusing to refund. They told me I can make a claim knowing I would not get my money back. They forced me to make a full payment and wouldn’t give me my belongings until I made payment even though they broke my mirror. I am absolutely appalled at their awful services, would not recommend! They’re just greedy and after your money and don’t care about breaking your valuable items. Shiv lies to you and doesn’t take the relevant detail in advance to booking just to save his own back and keep your money and demand more. Wouldn’t even give it one stars.

Recently used Safex service for securing a residential property My experience was positive. What went well: The guards were professional, punctual, courteous, well-trained, etc. Communication with the company was smooth, responsive, transparent. Their presence provided peace of mind and significantly improved security on site.
