Absolutely worst customer experience ever. Ordered 10/11 - nothing arrived. Phoned 19/11 told they’d let me know. No call back just an email with my invoice again. 27/11 still no order so phone again. No explanation no apology just an email stating ‘you rang 19/11 it was dispatched 21/11’ and following up courier. Still not even an apology yet I’ve had to apologise to my customer 4 times since I’ve been stuffing him around
