I highly recommend SafePassage Pet Cremation to anyone facing the loss of a pet. I would give them infinity stars if I could. After my baby girl, Belu, passed away at an emergency vet last Friday, I spent days dealing with the incompetence of the third-party company the vet used. When my primary veterinarian reached out to SafePassage on my behalf, Cameron called me within minutes. His immediate compassion and genuine desire to help were a godsend. I cannot properly express the gratitude I feel; their kindness during such a heartbreaking time will stay with me forever.

Cindy, You, Amy, and Cody were so kind and professional in helping our dog Mia with her final journey to rest. Forever grateful.Cindy answered our call immediately and was very understanding and empathetic. She arranged for Amy, the Euthanasia Specialist, to come to our home on the same day Mia really was suffering. Amy was so tender and caring in giving Mia peace and was even more considerate to my wife as we said our last goodbyes to our loyal friend of over 10 yrs. Cody bought Mia back home after cremation and was just as kind. If u want to honor ur beloved pet and give them dignity and respect at their life's end, work with Cindy and ask for Amy and Cody. They will care for ur pet as much as u! Highly recommend Safe Passages! RIP Mia...thx for taking care of ur family!

I lost my cat, my Minnie pearl, in a very traumatic and unexpected way, I was so devastated, Margo was so understanding, Empathetic and kind to me, I couldn’t stop crying and the way she handled the whole situation was a blessing. Justin came to pick her less than an hour after I call, he was so careful, so compassionate… they did everything I asked for and treated my baby girl with such honor, I felt embraced by them. They returned her to me on time and they were so careful about my feelings. The price is fair, but honesty this is just a detail, they sent me her paw print, a beautiful urn, and even some of her fur that I asked for. A beautiful condolences card, her cremation certificate and planted a tree in her memory, all my pain became comfort with so much care and kindness!!! They gave me comfort and sympathy when I needed most… I’m forever grateful. In moments of so much pain we really need people and places like safe passages!!! They will have my forever gratitude ❤️

I had to send my 17 year old Birman cat, Tuck, over the Rainbow bridge at the beginning of February. It was important for us to make the transition for him as easy as possible, so we engaged SafePassages to come to our home. Everything was so easy and seamless. They were very respectful and had him back to us within a week. Thank you for being so kind during such a difficult time. It meant the world to have him cross the bridge in peace at home.

My Mom had to put her beloved Golden Lab Kami to sleep, it broke our hearts. Dr Rachel and the entire staff at Safe Passages were so great, polite, professional, and most of all compassionate. They gave us the time we needed, they handled the entire process with care and compassion. They are amazing and I am thankful we found them. I hate to have to but I will recommend Safe Passage to anyone that has to let go of their pets. Kami is at peace now and although we are sad, we know that her last minutes were happy ones.

Safe Passages was able to respond to my dog’s need for an urgent in home euthanasia within hours of his collapse. The doctor was so kind and empathetic, giving me as much time as I needed to say goodbye before taking him with her. I’m so thankful for this service that allowed my beloved dog to go to rest in his home where he felt safest and happiest. His life before I adopted him was one of abuse and neglect and he was always terrified to leave the safety of his home and yard. Because of the in home service, I didn’t have to compound his fear and pain by taking him away to his most despised place (the vet) and instead he was able to chow down on his favorite snack AND a peanut butter bone the doctor brought as he slipped into twilight sleep. As he took his last breath, the doctor wrapped him in a soft blanket, and my sweet boy passed in my arms, surrounded by love as his furry siblings were close. I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and beautiful ending for his life.

My family and I will forever be grateful for SafePassages during the very difficult passing of our miniature horse, Periwinkle. She brought us love, joy & laughs everyday of her 24 years and was with us through college, marriage, kids & many more life memories. The care and compassion shown to our family made It feel as if SafePassages somehow knew that, how much we loved her and how special she was. I am eternally thankful for Margo and Bryan. We will treasure the beautifully etched pony urn forever!

One week ago, our senior dog passed suddenly. Devin came to our home for pick-up, and just a few days later she was back returning his ashes to us. Since everything happened so fast, I forgot to take his collar off. My husband immediately called Devin and asked if we can have it back. It was placed on top of his box upon his return. I told her I hope she knows what a difference you all make. Seriously. I know our dog's body was treated with the up most respect and kindness. He was 170lbs, and I was curious how he will fit into anything post cremation. I was afraid of getting part of him. When Devin handed me his ashes I knew he was all there. The weight to it made us giggle a little. Devin said "yup, that's 100% your Buddy." The box, the laser etched paw print, the original ink print, the beautiful card and a tree planted in his name! I can't thank Sage Passages enough. Thank you.

Very compassionate from my first call to Margo at SafePassages to the two gentlemen who picked up Chance and their compassion to me and Chance during this time. I was completely taken back by their personal service when they delivered Chance’s memory boxes and ashes to my home. When I saw the roses in Margo’s hand when she came to my door, I started crying. Margo explained everything to me and that a tree had been planted in Chance’s name. Everything was done with such professionalism and kindness.
