I’m a few months late, but I have used this tow service twice over the last few years and they have been fantastic. The most recent time was in July and it was Zak that towed my car. Zak is extremely helpful and personable. He showed up before the time frame he gave me, the tow was not expensive, he talked to me about the stressful situation with my car, and upon getting to our destination he even pointed out an additional issue to have the shop inspect. I also butt-dialed the number a few hours after, and Zak reached out to me to personally to make sure that I was okay and did not need additional help. The price point, punctuality, and overall service offered is unbeatable. If I ever need a tow this is who I choose.

I asked the guy to email me a receipt for my insurance and he never emailed me one. My vehicle was towed on May 14th and asked him that same day for a receipt. The last time I asked him was May 29th. If you get your vehicle towed by whatever reason please pay by cc otherwise you’ll never get a receipt.

Becareful with this Towing out on Highways hunting for on side of road cars legally we as Arizona residence have a period of time to pick up our vehicles but this company picks them up withing hours ,within a couple of weeks your bill is at one thousand dollars forcing you to give up your car if we can unite and put a st

When we called for tow service, the dishwasher was nice and understood our situation. She got all our information gave a time and a quote. When the tow arrived, the gentleman was very nice and worked hard to get get our RV home. Very satisfied with the service. I would recommend them any time.

Alberto went above and beyond not only did he give me cheapest best rate in town he towed my sons car from Buckeye where it broke down to Glendale, he recommended a repair shop for me and was very quick to get it picked up and delivered. I would definitely rate them the best and refer them to all friends and family all other towing companies wanted double the price and would take 2 to 4 hours just to get it picked up. My car wasn't safe to drive, and I was about 30 minutes from my dealership when I called for service. They showed up on time (and quick!) and had my car ready to tow in 5 minutes and drove me to the dealership. Thank you for your courtesy and for a great conversation 😊. I had a friend who's vehicle recently stalled. No other towing companies would reach the Avondale area or would respond. I called safe towing and they respond within 20 minutes. I wish I remembered his name, but he was wonderful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go. Thank you and we appreciate everything you did! My car broke down on a very unsafe section of the highway late on a Sunday and when I called AAA they couldn't find my account (even though I was a member). I called several other towing companies who said they would be 2+ hours or wouldn't even come. Finally, I called Safe Towing and Alberto came within 15 minutes and got us out of a hairy situation. He was a total professional and went above and beyond helping us out...especially when he towed it to the dealership (another story). Huge thanks to Safe Towing and Alberto for the great service!
