we have been very happy working with Nicole for over a year.
She first helped us rent out a home that we bought in Dartmouth on the lake a year and an half ago.
This month we’ve had a successful purchase of a beautiful little cottage steps from the ocean.
Nicole is honest, very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive.
If you want to get something done call her.

Before listing my property, I spoke with larger real estate firms. However, after speaking with Karen Martin, I knew that she would be the best choice for my agent. She was always well prepared, knowledgeable, professional, aggressive, and optimistic. I never had to call Karen for updates. She always kept me well informed of any progress during the sales process. When necessary, Karen was able to speed up the process by contacting all parties involved. I first met Karen from Safe Harbor Realty in 2020 as the realtor selling a house for my mother. She was always on top of everything with no delays. She was also very helpful walking us through doing things online.
I recently reached out to Karen hoping per chance she could help me with the paperwork from that sale, being unable to locate my copies. She promptly answered my email and was able to give me the information I needed. Karen is efficient, prompt and goes above and beyond. She won’t disappoint!
