My husband and I got our first tattoos together — matching ones — and we couldn’t be happier! Matt and Cooper were both incredible. They made us feel totally comfortable, walked us through everything, and the tattoos turned out absolutely perfect. Such a great experience from start to finish!

First of all if you can get past Gator you’re entering into probably the most friendliest tattoo shops on the island. I’ve gotten many tattoos at multiple shops and I’ve never experienced one with the friendliest staff as I do at Sacred Art Tattoo. I mean every one just greets you like we’re in some kind of sorority. (Since we all love tattoos than I guess we are.) Owner Jay is one of a kind. Asked if he could fix one of my tattoo’s that a previous artist did and didn’t even hesitate and it came out better than I could even imagine. He’s now working on my dragon koi and it is coming out awesome! Wish I found this shop years ago. If your looking for a tattoo shop I promise you you will not be disappointed!🤙🏾

Nate Rose was amazing!!! We came in as a party of 6 for a “family” tattoo session. We were blown away immediately with how awesome we were treated and made us feel comfortable and at home. Nate’s work is absolutely fantastic. Dude is down to earth and fun to be around. He gave advice as to what to add and not add and offered different options of what I wanted. You can tell they love what they do! Completely recommend again and again

Curtis was my artist he was very nice and accommodating, he worked efficiently my tattoo took 1 hour n a half it came out beautifully very clean lines and nice solid black also love the small details he added

Absolutely the best! Location is what it is in the heart of touristy Waikiki, but a short walk from Magic Island's free parking to the shop, and Matt is awesome, great artist, personable, and willing to work and create with anything we throw at him!

We booked with Shaye and had the best experience! She was so thorough and professional throughout the whole experience, and her attention to detail was so appreciated! We both love our end results, and the coffee bar is such a fun and cozy added touch!
