DONT BOTHER!!! * My son spent almost £90 including delivery on flowers for me. Firstly they were advertised in a glass vase which further that price you think they would be. A miniature glass vase arrived instead. I called to explain I didn’t want my son knowing I was complaining so he didn’t get upset. First day after delivery roses started dying by two days most of them dead.They strung me along all week telling me to email support. Ignored!!! I rang back to be told it’s because I didn’t place the order. They knew this They then hung the phone up. Typical rip off advert and shocking customer service

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a special occasion, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived to pick up my order, the flowers were not the ones I had requested. The staff member remade the bouquet, but it still didn’t match what was advertised on the website. On top of that, the flowers were not in water and there was no proper wrapping provided to keep them fresh. I placed them in a vase with water later that same day, but sadly, the flowers had already wilted. The white roses were no longer white, and the sunflower had started to fade. By the next day, things had only gotten worse. Flowers I buy at the supermarket — for a much lower price — tend to last significantly longer than this bouquet. I’m truly not satisfied with the product and wouldn’t consider returning, especially for important occasions. This order was meaningful to me, and it ended up being a big disappointment. Definitely not worth the value that I spent.

I bought a bouquet from this flower shop for my girlfriend birthday and was really impressed! The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and smelled amazing. The staff was friendly and clearly put care into their work. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!

Such a lovely florist, I bought my bridal bouquet from here for our town hall wedding. I was able to select all the flowers and colours and then make some tweaks to have exactly what I was imagining! It was absolutely beautiful and admired by so many! Thank you so so much to S&N Flowers! Amazing!

Had a smooth, stress-free and wonderful experience with S&N flowers and Paige! They crafted a perfect bunch of Calla Lilys for my town hall wedding, followed by a gorgeous bridal bouquet for the weekend. Super easy to deal with, cost effective and had loads of compliments. They also have stunning flowers in the shop — couldn’t resist some extras! Would highly recommend!

Paid £60 for what was advertised as a big, luxury bouquet. What actually turned up was a tiny, poorly put-m together bunch that looked nothing like the photos and to make it worse, it arrived with no water, so the flowers were already wilting. This is blatant false advertising. The arrangement delivered wasn’t even close to what was promised and certainly not worth the price. I’ve contacted the company and am waiting for their reply & refund but right now im beyond words

I am extremely disappointed with my order for the Velvet Elegance – Red & Ivory Rose Bouquet, which I received on 13 September — a day late and no longer meaningful as it was meant for our anniversary on the 12th. 1. Delivery Misleading – The website promises “next-day UK flower delivery on your selected date.” I chose 12 September, but only after calling was I told about a hidden condition (orders must be placed before 2pm). This was not clearly stated on the product page: Velvet Elegance – Red & Ivory Rose Bouquet . The flowers arrived a day late, which ruined the purpose of the order. 2. Product Not as Advertised – The bouquet looked nothing like the photos. It’s marketed as a rose bouquet, yet the other flowers were much larger and completely overshadowed the roses. The roses were not the focal point at all. 3. Poor Wrapping – The gift wrapping was sloppy and unprofessional, nothing like the elegant presentation shown on the website. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I would have expected far better quality and service from a florist in London

This flower shop is a hidden gem—beautifully arranged blooms, a charming atmosphere, and staff who truly care. Every bouquet feels artfully crafted and full of life. Highly recommended!
