DONT BOTHER!!! * My son spent almost £90 including delivery on flowers for me. Firstly they were advertised in a glass vase which further that price you think they would be. A miniature glass vase arrived instead. I called to explain I didn’t want my son knowing I was complaining so he didn’t get upset. First day after delivery roses started dying by two days most of them dead.They strung me along all week telling me to email support. Ignored!!! I rang back to be told it’s because I didn’t place the order. They knew this They then hung the phone up. Typical rip off advert and shocking customer service

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a special occasion, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived to pick up my order, the flowers were not the ones I had requested. The staff member remade the bouquet, but it still didn’t match what was advertised on the website. On top of that, the flowers were not in water and there was no proper wrapping provided to keep them fresh. I placed them in a vase with water later that same day, but sadly, the flowers had already wilted. The white roses were no longer white, and the sunflower had started to fade. By the next day, things had only gotten worse. Flowers I buy at the supermarket — for a much lower price — tend to last significantly longer than this bouquet. I’m truly not satisfied with the product and wouldn’t consider returning, especially for important occasions. This order was meaningful to me, and it ended up being a big disappointment. Definitely not worth the value that I spent.
