i am usually reticent to leave reviews, i have no hesitation in this case of providing a review for Nick. Nick arrived in a timely manner, he carried out a difficult job installing my new taps. His professionalism in assembling all the parts and his efficiency was evident. There is no doubt he will continue to grow and his intelligence working with plumbing issues was evident. i admired his attitude to his client and believe that he is an asset to his company. well done Nick.

We had a great experience with this team from start to finish. Tyrell was professional, responsive, and very patient in explaining our options and pricing. Ryan and Jay did an excellent job on the installation. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality gas and plumbing work.

Review for Edward Cale. He is an experienced and knowledgeable plumber, willing to give information and beneficial advice. He showed me the faults of tap leak in kitchen and why it was urgent. I narrowly missed a water burst. As I have experienced already 4 bursts from appliances and tap in garden, he suggested a water pressure test; it was higher than recommended. I accepted his recommendation for water pressure device at the main. Shower taps replacement also. Edward is a confident plumber who has good communication skills with the client. He has an engaging personality and is credible and polite. Highly recommended. The service has been fast and efficient The office staff have been courteous and prompt in booking appointments and sending messages indicating pre-arrival and arrival of plumber. Nick did a great job and explained the issues. Nick looked at the pipes, brokedown a cost and provided his expert advise on what he could see but advised he needed to further investigate and gave me a cost cost before proceeding. On Further investgation he discovered that the bathtub swindlers needed to be replaced and it was not the bathtub only but the main issue was the shower. It was his communication that I was happy with. The job was Done within an hour. Bathtub wall swinderles for both cold and hot replaced. Shower swindle had to be fixed as water was leaking down the wall into 2nd level and deteriorating the wooden floor. Nick did a great job. Good communication. Easy to talk to and explain his steps. Not happy with the resheduling. Paid $1163 for the 2x wall swindles replaced and $500 for the shower swindles to be fixed. Job fixed and no taps leaking. Not happy with the rescheduling. Booked for a Friday morning then they rescheduled me for Friday afternoon then rescheduled me for Saturday afternoon. Got anxious waiting around as booking was either all morning or all afternoon. If they rescheduled a 3rd time I would have cancelled on them.

Nick turned up on time. He is polite and friendly, and he explained me the possible cause of the problem, option, and the costs before started work. I think it was not easy for him to work on such a small place with having a stuck bolt issue, but he completed the job fairly smoothly and cleaned the area nice. He told me to monitor the area for a couple of days, and if there's any problem, give company a call for him to come back. I hope I won't need to call him for that, but I am happy to get him for next time when we need a plumber.

Update: I’m amending my rating to 5 stars. Thank you so much to S&J Plumbing for fixing our hot water unit. After some initial delays, S&J reached out immediately. Edward attended the same day and went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed perfectly. Edward is a fantastic tradesman and I’m very impressed by S&J's integrity and commitment to making things right. Highly recommend!

A whole day job in Rothwell for Reuben, Josh, Matt, and crew and all went smoothly.The crew that came were professional courteous and friendly but most importantly did a great job. The crew kept me informed and offered options as we went. Some of my tree roots were uncooperative but the guys managed to get past. Manifolds for my watering system were tricky to cram into service boxes but they persisted without a hassle. Will be recommending this service to my friends and family. Thanks guys, great job and great crew 😊😊👍

nothing wrong with the job they did but ripped us pensioners of big time to replace a $49.95 pressure valve and a $97.44 cistern assembly (I llooked up the prices) 3 hours work for $2500!! that means $800 per hour.. we got sucked in agreing to all this
