This Business and their team has been built to genuinely provide 1st class customer service by always going the extra mile, not always focused on selling and profit but customer satisfaction through performance and results & they always try make a plan for You. Yes communication can be difficult and they are not in the easiest location but no one else is going to fix or care about Your favorite coffee machine like they do, especially a Delonghi. Been using them for over a decade now for 3 bean to cup machines and they're all still working like New. Thank You for your service and We'll Done Team S&H Wish You all a very Merry Christmas 😊🎅

I arrived at the store and they were very busy assisting a distressed customer with a problematic coffee machine and I was prepared to wait my turn. But Jamie saw me and insisted that I don’t need to wait and helped me right away. She advised me on what I needed to look for so that the correct parts are ordered and within minutes I was on my way. She is efficient, knowledgeable and so wonderfully friendly! Great jobs guys!

I bought a bread maker machine pan. It works perfectly and fits in the machine like the original one. The delivery was swift and smooth. I am very pleased with the product.

I ordered a new lid for my Kenwood processor. Initially, there was a bit of confusion over the Model , but once that was sorted, my order was processed successfully. It arrived really quickly (after about a week) and I am thrilled to have my processor working again. Thank you.

I cant recall when last I experienced such poor service. Firstly I had to physically go to the store to ask them when I would receive a quote for the repir. I received a quote after that. When i called to ask if the parts had arrived i was informed the parts would arrive last week thursday and the machine would be ready by the thursday or the friday. Today I tried calling the parts department . No answer. I physically arrive at the store ,the receptionist tries calling parts to no avail and only succeeds via via. The system does not show the parts arrived but when the parts person invisitigates it is avaialble. I appreciate the Technician offering to make the repair whilst I wait

Received the best service from this company after enquiring about a replacement glass jug for my blender. I received a mail confirming the availability, a quote was sent and the jug was couriered - all within 3 days. I definitely recommend this company.

My husband & I went to S & H Electronic in order that they could advise us on how to service our Philips coffee machine. The receptionist lady was extremely friendly & called a technical advisor to assist us. He was extremely helpful,friendly & efficient in sorting us out. Thank you S & H for your excellent service.

I had a very positive experience dealing with S&H Electronics. I needed a new handle for my Air fryer. I ordered online, the only place I could find selling it, and in less than a week the replacement handle arrived.
