Carden installed a tankless water heater in place of an old tired water heater. It wasn’t the easiest access to install it, but Carden went above and beyond to make it work. His attention to detail is where S&C Plumbing stands out from the others. I know it’s just plumbing, but if this much care is taken with it, that says a lot about the company and the quality of work they offer. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the quad city area.

Carden of S&C Plumbing is an excellent plumber. He comes from a family of plumbers; his Dad and 2 brothers. He started w his Dad learning the plumbing trade while still in high school. He has done several major jobs for me. Installing new shower & 2 sink faucets in same bathroom; installed 2 new low flow toilets in master & guest bathrooms; installing new kitchen bi-sinks w faucet; installing RO system in kitchen; hooking up new dishwasher & installed garbage disposal in kitchen In garage, flushed water heater; drilled through concrete garage floor ( a major job) to locate water pipes into house from city line; prepared same area w extension pipes for water softener system that he'll install next wk. Carden is extremely hardworking, knowledgeable plus a very detailed & neat plumber. He is excellent! He is a gentleman as well!

Met Carden in the middle of a winter snowstorm. My vehicle broke down in a remote location and Carden and his family stopped to help. I was able to call for a tow but it wouldn't get to my location for hours. Carden and his family waited with me and kept me warm in their vehicle. They offered me blankets and their jacket to wear. In the hours that we waited, Carden and I got to know each other. I can't speak to the quality of their plumbing work, but I can definitely speak to their character as human beings. They are kind, generous, and honest. They were willing to help and assist me however they could. They are simply upstanding people. I would absolutely bet that these qualities translate over to their work as well. If I ever need any plumbing or HVAC repairs, they have my business. Thank you to Carden and his family!

Carden was great! We were able to get in very quickly for an estimate and also for install after deciding to go tankless. He did a great job and we love our new water heater!

Carden with S & C plumbing changed out a water softener for me. He stopped by to diagnose the problem and came back after I purchased a replacement unit. His work was thorough, clean and reasonably priced. I was given a two year warranty on the labor. I recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again for my future plumbing needs.

What a great experience! Carden initially came and looked at our very old tankless system to provide a quote. We were so impressed with his knowledge and pricing decided to get the new system installed. He arrived promptly and got to work and now we don’t have to worry about when our old system would have failed ever again. Highly recommended.

We had a major hot water leak. Carden came promptly, worked efficiently, explained every step, cleaned up his work and tested that everything work perfectly before he left. He is a very pleasant person and an excellent plumber.

Super responsive, we have used S&C a few times now. Shad responded last minute and quickly resolved our toilet leak yesterday even though we are quite a bit outside of town too.

I had to replace a 17 year old tankless water heater and interviewed 7 different plumbing companies. S & C was not the least expensive but were the most professional in estimating and informing me what my options were. S&C was the only company to provide a brochure on the replacement product. Installation was on time and (within 7 days of bid acceptance) completed in a timely fashion with minimal disruption in water availability to our home. Overall a highly professional company and would highly recommend.
