Santiago is great, he communicated well about project, He and his staff showed on time and were efficient. I had water damage in some areas , after a company did mold remediation, I hired Santiago who did a good job with repairing 5 dry walls, installing tile and painting. I still have work to do and he will be the one doing it. Very honest and nice too. I highly recommend SC Handyman.

I called JR David to replace my window AC in my she shed, and he responded right away. He showed up on time this morning and worked steadily until the job was done. He even cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with his work and will definitely be using him for future projects.

I just had my bathroom remodeled. Santiago did the tile work and I am beyond speechless! He completed the work with the highest level of precision and detail and my bathroom is stunning! I had a project going on at my home that was being held up by some damaged siding that needed to be replaced. I contacted Santiago and he was able to come out on short notice and replace the siding and paint match it. He did an awesome job and at a great price. My popcorn ceiling is 3 decades old, Eww! Staring at it when in bed is not at all nice and falling white stuff too. Santiago and crew did the removal himself and really did a smooth, flat white finish all throughout, not textured ceiling , mind you, am so pleased with the result and am sure they take pride of their craft. Other specialized estimators commented when seen the place like it does make 30 years better and more contemporary, no more popcorn ceiling. I highly recommend SC Handyman, LLC , I really enjoy my new ceiling now, thank you guys!
