Before hiring SB Mechanical, we meant with at least 7 companies and we definitely made the right choice. They had the best price, the team arrived on time, they worked effectively and replaced my steam boiler in less than 12 hours. Steve went above and beyond for us. Lost my heat on the coldest day of the winter. Technician came out quickly and did a great job. Did a tuneup, cleaned everything up and explained to me what he thought happened. A cover was loose, caused the oil to not burn efficiently and created so much soot it eventually burned itself out. I’ll be using S&B for my serves and repairs from now on.

I did a lot of research on the scope of work I needed done. I had a boiler and furnace replaced. I had numerous estimates and in the end I found one company with a fair price and extremely high quality of work. S&B Mechanical was honest delivered a high quality installation on time with quality equipment. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs !

Nick did a very thorough job servicing my air conditioning unit. I am very impressed with the time and attention spent on the service as well as answering all my questions . The price also seems reasonable considering the effort. I highly recommend this company.

S&B has earned my business going forward. I had another company "tune up" our AC at the start of the season. Several concerning items left unmentioned and resulted in water damage from the attic AC. S&B prioritized my appt because it was a water related issue, despite being slammed and no prior business with them. Found these guys via Google search when I was trying to line up a central ac installation before the weather got too hot. I asked for quotes from close to 15 shops but these guys were top in price, responsiveness, and availabilty for service. They did great work and were clear about every step in the process. I plan to use them again for some work my furnace needs soon.

There were a couple of issues with this service provider, during a service call their technician estimated 2 hours of labor to replace a single part however ended up billing for 4. Forget to install back cover of an internal component and left it on the floor. Walked in his work boots into children’s bathroom without asking if it’s ok to use.

This Co. was great and the tech Nick was a BEAST! from the first phone call until the end, shows up on time had me up and running In no time. Very impressive!
