The guys at S.A. Towing were really great. Fast service, they quoted me 30 minutes and got to me in less than 20 minutes. Alex was my driver and he was really nice and professional.

Really great people and they will price match you if needed. Alex was a great person to talk to about all the offered services and just great customer service. Dan was very insightful and answered all questions. Great towing service in Tucson, definitely would recommend!

Had a situation where I was doing gig work, GPS took me down to unmaintained dirt road kind of dropped off on me got stuck 3:30 AM in the morning. These guys were great came out quick reasonably priced. Hopefully I never have to use them again but if I do, they’ll be the first ones I call

SA Towing was extremely helpful on a bad day. I needed a tow over the weekend, and I signed up with Good Sam, and they setup an appointment for Monday at 9 so I arrange to on site and waiting for 3 hours then finding out they could not find anyone locally, so they were delaying trying to low ball offer to Tucson. I went ahead and paid directly to get the assistance, and they routed the driver. Upon towing the location of the shop would not be able to work on it today. He waited while I called to see if another shop to fix it today. Fortunately an auto shop could help, and he towed it to the new location with no hassle. Dealing with dispatch and the tow driver was pleasant, and will definitely contact them directly next time. Thank you for your assistance!

We got stuck in the sand at a BLM. We called S.A. Towing and Recovery LLC. They got to us in about 15 minutes.Ten minutes and he had us out. Very friendly and professional. We are from Vancouver Island Canada.it would have taken hours back home. Big thanks. I would recommend them if you need a tow

Dan/Alex was referred to me for a tow. He was very quick and did a great job. My car was not harmed or anything and he was a very kind and personable guy. I will call again if I ever need a tow.

The dispatch/Customer service representative was extremely rude and starting legitimately yelling at me when I called for any update on my tow. They took so long to get a driver out that the city towed my car first, then both the dispatch and the driver yelled at me that they couldn’t find it over 2 hours after I first called. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
