Ryan and his team are outstanding - truly masters of their craft. They were so great to collaborate with throughout the entire design and build process, and made my vision come to life. I feel like I have a beautiful home on wheels that I can safely and comfotably take on all my adventures.

Ryan and team were great partners on my van project. Great insight and feedback on design options to meet my requirements while managing the cost. Quality of materials and craftsmanship are superb, holding up well after many adventures. My project was on the smaller end of what they typically do, and I was still treated like my project was important. If you are looking for a full meal deal or just augmenting your own do it yourself project, these guys are the pros you need.

The team at Rydawell are awesome and very good at what they do, I highly recommend them for your van conversion! My wife and I were originally going to convert our van ourselves but we changed our mind after visiting the shop. I am glad we let the experts handle it, our van turned out better than we even thought was possible. Ryan and his team have a lot of experience doing these conversions so they have a lot of advice to give. Trusting this advice really paid off. Our van is not only beautiful, but it's reliable and practical. We are going to throw a lot at it, and I am confident it will hold up. They were also super responsive and helpful with a few extra requests and minor issues we had after first testing the new Van out - fixing these for us and not even asking for payment even though we were more than happy to pay. They stand by the quality of the final product. We are really happy with how our van turned out! Thanks guys!

We recently had an excellent experience with Rydawell Van Co. We needed an evaluation and potentially replacement of the auxiliary battery system in our Sprinter conversion (work that was originally done by another company). Ryan was extremely responsive over email -- asking questions to understand the issues we had experienced and explaining the process to evaluate the issues. Rydawell was able to get us in and diagnose the problem very quickly (within a couple of weeks of contacting them). They explained the alternatives and costs very clearly, and they completed the agreed work within several days of our approval to move ahead. When we picked up the van they went through the new aux system and answered our questions. Although the original system only charged through the alternator, we appreciated that Rydawell added a shore power option to give us that flexibility. Overall, we were very impressed by Rydawell from their communications and prompt customer service to the quality of work they performed. We highly recommend them.

While Rydawell is good at cabinetry (they get 1 star for that), their foray into building out camper vans (i.e. Sprinter) has resulted in an extremely poor experience for me on the mechanical and quality elements. Not only did the build out take forever (7 months), but since picking up my van on my first/second use, I have had roof leaks because they didn't install the "C" gaskets right for the AC unit, I experienced multiple leaks in the pressurized plumbing system (see pictures below) which caused wood damage to the cabinetry due to poor PEX seals, I still have no relief from the misbehaving (and Rydawell recommended) Ecoflow electrical system, I discovered they failed to insulate the sliding door, they actually plumbed the gray water lines into the BOTTOM of the gray water tank using the same penetration point as the drain (this caused water to back up into the shower pan when using the sinks (not to mention it would fail completely in freezing weather) and I discovered that the Rixen heating system was installed against manufacturer recommendations (to name just some of the issues). This has caused me thousands of dollars to get repaired (so far) at another (competent) van builder. While his hourly rate may seem cheaper, it takes him much longer to accomplish work items. As an example, his quote to install a 2nd battery (which he was supposed to have left room for) was twice as long as I was able to get it done elsewhere by professional van builders.

Thank you for fitting us in your schedule! We are glad that we could get a professional instalation of insulation and a liner in our Ford Transit Connect. Your work is meticulous - it looks, sounds, and temperature-wise feels great. This was tiny, compared to your other rebuilds. We appreciate your skill and integrity. We also were impressed, and enjoyed looking at your current projects. You definitely have skills. Thanks again! Bob and Betty

Ryan is a true craftsman! He was very responsive to any questions I had while he had my van, and kept a detailed log of what specific things he worked on and time spent on specific aspects of the build. I'm grateful that he was willing to work with me as my van was to tall to fit in his shop (I rented a parking space outside his shop so he could work on it outside) and his willingness to work on my partial build out. The wood work is above and beyond, I couldn't recommend working with Ryan more! It was a true pleasure.

We could not be more happy with our build from the Rydawell team. From their excellent two way communication to the quality craftsmanship, all phases of our project surpassed our expectations. We really appreciated the guidance they gave, avoiding costly mistakes. Amelia is our dream van and we look forward to lots of adventures in comfort and style in the coming years!

I found Ryan through a Google search and am so glad I did. I inquired about him building a platform bed with drawers for my daughter's room and he responded quickly. We iterated a few times on the general concept, then he came to look at the space, finalize measurements, talk about wood types, and then he finalized the price on the spot. We loved the bed so much that we asked him to also build a built-in credenza for our entryway. Again, the process of measuring, designing, and pricing it took just a few iterations, and a few weeks later, we had a beautiful credenza installed! I can't say enough about working with Ryan. He does really high quality work, is a great communicator, and sets and meets timelines. I am already looking around thinking about other projects we could use him for!

Great customer Service! We've been building our van on a small budget and Rydawell has continuously respected that. They designed and installed our electrical system and have gone above and beyond to help make recommendations, order materials and guide us through our at home build. Electrical system is working great and we couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Rydawell.
