Ryan has been a support worker for my son (13yrs old) for a while now. He is always patient and supportive of my son’s needs during their outings and puts a lot of effort into building rapport so that my son feels safe and calm during their sessions. I would highly recommend Ryan as a support worker.

I highly recommend Ryan. He’s patient, kind and trustworthy. It can be challenging work at times but Ryan is passionate about his role as a disability support worker.
