It was great working with Ryan to purchase our new home! As first time home buyers, the process was unfamiliar and a bit scary for my husband and I, but Ryan was amazing at walking us through the entire process and answering my (many) questions. From the start, Ryan listened to what we were looking for, and he set us up with listing notifications for a few areas that we were interested including San Francisco, north of SF (Marin/Mill Valley), and East Bay. We ended up zoning in on Alameda, Albany, and Berkeley for our search and Ryan was proactive and organized to set up two weekends of private house tours for us seeing an average 8-10 homes per Saturday morning as seeing many homes in a day was important to me as we had limited time to buy a home if we were going to move forward (we started looking at homes when I was 8 months pregnant and wanted a home before the baby was due). Ryan’s positivity and professionalism made these days a lot of fun and helped us narrow down our search! For homes we were interested, he was quick to get disclosures and you could tell he communicated well with other agents. For the home we ended up purchasing, Ryan was incredible in navigating us every step of the way and partnering through some contingency items that needed to be resolved by the seller. I can’t imagine us going through this process without Ryan — he is trustworthy, prompt, knowledgeable, and just great to work with. I would highly recommend Ryan, and we definitely will use him in the future!
