My house is sparkling! Great experience with RVD Cleaning. Ava, took my booking over the phone and was friendly and professional. She understood exactly what I needed - a one-off, fixed fee, deep clean before Christmas. The cleaners arrived on time and were very careful around my property and friendly with our dog. After a brief walk around to show the areas where I required cleaning they went straight to work and were extremely thorough. Everything is shining! Very impressed with RVD's service. I would highly recommend!

Had a pretty poor experience with RVD Cleaning Services. We booked a clean with Ava at an agreed price after fully describing the condition of the property, which we rated at around 7/10 (10 being bad) due to a dirty oven, grease on the extractor fan, a fridge that needed cleaning, dust, etc - in need of a clean hence reaching out to RVD, but not awful . We were not asked to provide any photos of the areas, was offered and agreed a reasonable price and booked for 10am on the Saturday. The team didn’t show up until 3:00pm, with no warning or explanation for the delay, ignoring calls. When they finally called, they informed us that the price would now be 3 times the agreed amount (£550 for a 2 bed), stating the property was dusty, and not worth the agreed price, and said it’s our fault as we didn’t send them photos (despite never being asked to). We are not cleaning experts and it isn’t our job to price the job for them. They knew we needed to property cleaned on the weekend for the end of a tenancy, and believe they used this to try and drive the agreed price up last minute. It felt like an attempt to blackmail us into paying a much higher price. Eventually they rang us back and said they’d do the clean for 60% more than the agreed price and we had to agree to that. The eventual clean was really good I must say. The whole experience was just unprofessional and stressful. Just be wary booking as you might be hit with unexpected costs over and above what you agreed and late arrival times. The end clean is very good though

My house is absolutely sparkling clean! From start to finish my experience with RVD Cleaning has been completely faultless. Ava, who organised my clean was super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The cleaners arrived and were very respectful of my property and pets. After a quick show around they were straight to work and they didn't leave a stone unturned. It was a fixed fee deep clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. I had a valuation from another company and they priced much higher and didn't include oven cleaning and didn't touch any electronics. I'm so impressed with RVD's service I have arranged fortnightly cleans going forward; which was very reasonably priced. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Great communication, and good general clean but a few important areas missed that surprised me. Several uncleaned and dusty skirting boards and corners, one of the toilets wasn't cleaned under the seat, mirror on the wardrobe was still dirty and very dusty blinds. General standard was good just gave the impression a few bits had been forgotten. Would have expected a bit more for a move out clean.

My wife and I are selling our house in Tysoe. Once we had cleared everything out we decided it should have a deep clean. Something that we really did not have time to do ourselves. I googled cleaning services and up popped RVD. We were quoted a price which I thought was a little high. However, after I saw the results… OMG!! Worth every penny! The job they did was amazing. Carpets and double oven look brand new. Degreased the hob hood. The whole house spic’n’span top to bottom, highly recommend these guys. Thank you RVD 🥳🍾😎👍

I had a deep clean done for my new house before moving in. I felt the clean was adequate at best but there was no attention to detail. I had to review many areas and ask that it is re-cleaned. Ie dust over the skirting board, marks on cupboard, sticky handles not cleaned. Bathrooms were done well. If I had the chance again, I would not be booking with this company unfortunately.

What an amazing company! Attention to detail and very thorough. The team were amazing in my sisters home. They came in and cleaned the 4 bedroom house from top to bottom. We are so impressed we have booked a weekly clean with the same team. Highly recommended and you won’t be disappointed.

I am a little late posting this. RVD did a deep clean of our new property in September on the day we moved in. They went above and beyond with their service. They arrived with new equipment and cleaning products. They took great care and their attention to detail was superb. I would highly recommend RVD Cleaning Ltd!
