RV Service Club

I found RV Service Club through a web search as I was looking to buy a van in the Tampa Florida area. I'm in California. I needed an honest assessment of the condition of the van and Jared went above and beyond in provided quick, thorough service. He checked off all the boxes to make sure the van was "as advertised" and all the systems worked appropriately. He was kind and generous of his time explaining his services, what I should expect and gave me upfront costs that did NOT change after services were rendered. He spent a lot of time going over his report so I understood everything he noted on the van and was quick to answer all my questions. Buying long distance is a gamble. Since I could not see it in person, I was quite confident that Jared was doing a great job in my place. Thank you Jared! I'll call upon you again!

Jared has been a savior to me. When I contacted him he came within the hour. He even talked me through an issue over the phone. He redid the roof on my RV within a week. His work is meticulous! What a way to help!!! Outside their business hours, Jared Thompson took time of his own to guide me step by step into fixing my Ac unit on a warm Florida night. Best service I have ever experienced during my travels. Thank you Jared! You are the best!

While camping our RV ac went out. Lyndsey and Jared were very professional, and polite. Jared was able to come to me the next day. Although he found the problem, he wasn’t able to get the part before we left camp. I was so happy with his honesty, and had I been able to stay an extra day he would have had me up and running. Unfortunately, I couldn’t do that, but at least I know it’s a minor fix. I would recommend this company to anyone needing rv service. Thank you both for your help. Sandy

We were very happy with our technician. Kind, patient. Kept us informed, begore, during and after our service was provided In near future have several other services that need with our motor home. We will be champions for your service.. I had so many questions for him, called several times and he returned evey call and/or answered promptly. We know a lot of retires like us that live in their homes 6 months our if a year, we don't, we just camp, but we know several that do....and we will send them to you. We are very very happy. This was my first time having RV Service Club work on my travel trailer. I had a 2nd AC unit installed and the original AC replaced. Jared was on-time and his work was excellent. I would definitely recommend RV Service Club for any RV repair work. Thank you Jared!!
