While visiting Palm Harbor for a holiday, our Travel Trailer awning became out of kilter upon hitting a Live Oak limb overhanging above the unit. It looked to be damaged! Chace was able to work our job into his holiday weekend and efficiently had our awning returned to its frame without damage. We were certain the awning would need to be removed and replaced with other parts. He also worked on our electric fireplace. We thank Chace for his skill, punctuality and effectiveness; highly recommend Chace and RV Science. We always appreciate and support a Veteran owned & operated business. With his help, we will be on schedule to return home. Thank you, Chace!

Called Chase around 10am and he had Aven out by 2:30pm. Super friendly service & very prompt!! A few other places could not send a tech out for 3-4 days. So glad I stumbled upon RV Science! Once Aven came out he crawled under my RV and got to work immediately & had my water leak repaired within minutes! Reasonably priced! Could not ask for better service! Thank you guys!

I was a tired, panicked, clueless mom of 3 when I first called Chace. I am a more confident, well-supported, clued-in RV owner after their services. Despite my being located in Saint Petersburg, Chace was immediately responsive and on time. Chace gave a thorough inspection, listened fully, did not dismiss or minimize any of my concerns, and then gave an accurate estimate so I knew exactly what to expect. He answered all of my calls or replied back quickly. Him and Aven were both highly efficient, professional, kind, and generous with sharing their knowledge. I asked 100 questions and they were patient for every single one. I had an issue with something done and they fixed it immediately - which is always a higher indicator of professionalism than a perfect track record. A follow up call to check that there weren’t any further issues made me feel like they care about their business beyond a paycheck. Chace is saved in my phone and is my go-to for all RV needs. If anyone needs a recommendation - this is the company I refer.

It’s rare you find a gem in the Rv Tech world. Gave me advice over the phone that may have saved us minimum $2k. We’ll 100% use them on any repair when we’re in the area! 10/10 would recommend.

We just bought a used RV and on the first trip the awning would not retract. Called Chase who fit me into his schedule, and he got the awning to retract so we could make it home to get the awning’s arms fixed. HIGHLY Recommend!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called late Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. Already called 2 places whose answering machines said they were gone for the weekend. I had no water to my RV and no clue what to do. I broke the valve to select city versus fresh water and couldn't get water either way. He came right over and got my city water running for me! He helped me look around the rig to make sure everything else was set the way I needed it. Told me he would order the part I broke and come back to install it. He said to let him know if I needed anything else. I'm here in this RV that my ex used to handle and I so appreciate him taking the time to make sure I was set before he left, AND for coming on short notice, holiday weekend to help me out. Absolutely awesome service.

I had an issue with a collapsed awning from a storm. Pressed for time since traveling and heading back north tomorrow, wa sin a panic. Chace and his guys were here within a couple hours on short notice, in bad weather and got me fixed well enough to travel. A great help!
