I monitored the growth of your company and your post for several years before I had you replace the roof on my RV. Guess what, I wasn't disappointed, you and your team showed up, and got the job done in the time you said it would take. Then Your time , your dime and again just as you said it would be. It is refreshing to see a business person do what they say they will do and in the time promised. Last year this RV business helped us on very short notice with a roof replacement and an oven propane leak. Anytime we’ve had questions, she’s been quick and willing to answer. This year we came back for a full RV inspection and repairs, and she was ready to get started right away. Her work is always up to par, and even though she’s two hours away from where we are located, it’s well worth it. I strongly recommend this business. Be careful with this Company. They have a terrible and bad communication with the client because they decide for the client and they don't call to ask the Client for any problems with the Rv’s work to get opinion of the client. Also Melissa “the owner” wanted me to pay over $4k out the pocket when my Insurance has a Full Cover and only I had to pay my deductible. When I went to pick up my Rv “ Supposedly finished the work” it wasn’t the line of the light was loose and I had to wait 2 hours. Definitely, for my experience I do not recommend them.

Appreciate Melissa taking the time out to help us with a camper repair. She was on time and very thorough with the inspection. Looking forward to working with her to get the repair completed.

BEWARE! Owner lies, makes excuses, and does not stand behind her work! We paid $12K for a new RV roof that is leaking and literally chipping off in pieces after a little over a year. Owner will take no responsibility! We have no recourse with the manufacturer because owner bought generic material from a random Amazon vendor. And, according to the professional I had out recently, the owner either did not know how to properly install or used the wrong adhesive. Now my 90 year old mom has to pay for an entire new roof. Check BBB ratings for Pitch, Plant, Grow (the company name she used before this). I wish I had known! Trying to save someone else the headache and money! Adding after response from owner: Melissa, please stop lying. You write that you were "more than happy to accommodate in more ways than one". The actual TRUTH is that you gave us ONE option...pay again for all new roof materials! That is NOT OK! We had already given you $12K and you did not stand behind your shoddy work! Why in the world would we trust you to TRY again? No way, we hired a capable RV person who did it correctly the first time, charged us way less than you did, and it has not leaked since!

We bought our first motorhome, a 2006 knowing it needed a lot of work. When we first arrived ,we were made to feel important and that they cared about what we said. We knew that our RV would take time to complete all the repairs but we were kept informed through calls, text, and emails that even included photos. All work was done with care and professionalism. Talking with the team was a pleasure. When we picked up the RV, they reviewed everything they did and even gave us some pointers on how to do and use some of the different pieces of equipment. They just make you feel good. I have nothing negative that I can say about our experience. Melissa, the owner always has a smile and cheerful way about her. I would definitely recommend this female run business to all RV owners.

After previous meetings with both insurance and warranty agents we just met with Melissa to review noted damages on our RV from the mishaps of this past year and discuss improvements of over a half dozen of items. We are very happy with the expertise, care, and ability to start process working with all parties and addressing all issues on our schedule. We feel fortunate to have a comprehensive company to properly service our RV to all its glory again.
