Mason is the best in the business in the North AL area. I had multiple issues with my XLR Boost from needing new front landing gear, awning replacement, tracing down a water leak in my bathroom to a cracked skylight, as well as my bedroom slide-out shearing a gear and bending the frame in the wall. Mason came out to my residence each time and fixed everything that was needed. Very timely and responsive on work and communication and reasonable on pricing. Professional grade work, very kind, and willing to talk you through everything and provide options. Highly recommend Mason at RV King for all of RV/Camper needs!

Mason and his buddy were fast, thorough, and friendly. Completely rebuilt my water heater bypass from scratch with sturdier materials than factory, after a hard freeze and flooding. Listened to my concerns and responded with knowledge and insight. Will be using them again in the future if any needs arise.

Mason had our AC working in minutes! We've had multiple issues driving our RV cross country and Mason quickly identified the problem and provided us a temporary fix until we order replacement parts. Mason was fast and efficient. He diagnosed my A/C within 15 minutes. Once he had one available he scheduled me up for the next day and had it installed within an hour of him showing up. Hes up front with his service charge and the price was fair. I definitely could not have done it myself for cheaper. I recommend him for anything you need done to your RV/Camper.

I had a major issue with my washer-dryer combo in my RV that basically exploded water everywhere and flooded the top slide. RV King came out right away, diagnosed the problem, and helped mitigate the damage. He unhooked the washer-dryer, explained what parts would be needed if I wanted to repair it, and gave me clear options. After thinking it over, I decided I didn’t want to keep the washer-dryer in the RV anymore (my leak pan had already failed once, and I didn’t want to risk it again). RV King came back out, helped me remove the washer-dryer completely, and made sure everything was cleaned up and dried out to prevent further damage. He was prompt, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. What really stood out was that when he came back the second time, he didn’t even charge me another service call. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare these days, and I truly appreciated it. Overall, it was a great experience.
