🔹 Glute Bridge
Lie on your back, knees bent. Lift your hips, squeeze your glutes, and lower slowly.
🔹 Dead Bug
Lie flat, arms up, knees at 90°. Lower opposite arm and leg, return, repeat.
🔹 Plank
Forearms down, knees or toes on the ground. Keep your body straight and hold.
🔹 Supine Toe Tap
Lie on your back, knees bent. Tap each toe to the floor one at a time.
