"This is the place where I go to not only replenish my spirit, but also my body. It is a magical experience to go from hot to cold, and it makes you young as if you were being born again. I go in every room, but my favorite is the aromatherapy room. When I am sweating enough, I then dump ice old water on my face, head, and body or dip my entire body into the ice cold water - it is so invigorating! I also like to bring the water buckets into the steam room because once I am hot enough, I dump the bucket over my while I am standing near the steam. The combination is absolutely wonderful! The people that go there range from all walks of life, yet have one thing in common - that they want to be healthy and take care of themselves. The staff is super nice and friendly. The food is also deeeeelicious! I bough 10 visits for $300, and I think that is a smart way to purchase the visits. It really melts off the stress from day to day life and allows you to focus on yourself. The healing steam and waters helps keep you vibrant!"
