Overpriced, Rude Manager, speaks customer like animal. Dont ever come here. I am Manager at Company and I would never treat the customer like that. just one recap tire replacement is 500$.

We shirred off all the lugs and lost a tire on the interstate outside of Indianapolis with 5 ton of lumber on the trailer. We reached out to Russell’s before 8:00 in the morning. They were over to our hotel parking lot in less than 15 minutes and rolled up their sleeves and went to work! Blessed to say the least!

Didn't have an appointment and walked in and got a weld job done on my trailer very affordable and great service and were quick. Great experience!

My driver had a wiring problem on a 2018 48' Utility trailer this morning. I called Russell's they told me they could try to squeeze me in. My driver got there, the feller he talked to asked if he had anything to do, my driver said he would go grab a bite to eat, he got back, trailer was done. My driver was happy, trailer got fixed, GREAT PRICE for a short notice call. Took less than an hour! Great Price, Fast, Good mechanic!

Will not recommend for anyone to go here. Told me my truck would be done within 2 days had my truck for 2 weeks. Quoted me a price at $2,400 for a box truck back door repair. Went to pick my truck up and the total was then $3,400. Very rude, disrespectful, not professional and threaten me with violence to get off their lot. This repair shop is a total joke and just take my advise DO NOT go here. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!!! I wish I could give negative stars

The jury is still out on the service they will do but the facility is easily accessible(Maps)and has lots of space to park.The owner Michael Russell greeted me at the service desk and was pleased with his calm demeanor regarding checking in a non appointment company fleet trailer for annual inspection and other issues.

Mike and Jeff are the best. They'll do their very best to tackle the problem quickly . They even replaced a brake chamber for me for free just to make sure I was DOT compliant. This is a good shop.

So convenient since it's right next door. I had no problems at all, only went in for a quick fix of a missing mudflap. It only took a matter of minutes to replace it, then I was out the door and back on the road. I hope any subsequent visits are just as easy.
