Excellent and Fast! Highly recommend. After being told by my insurance company it would take their provider 4 hours to tow, we called Rush Towing. They came in 20 minutes! Driver Zane, was professional, respectful and thorough while bringing the car to the dealership. He even took pictures to show us where it was located after drop-off. THIS is who to call if you need quick and responsive auto or towing service at a very reasonable price.

I can’t say enough good things about Rush Recovery Towing! I called them at 12:30 due to a flat tire and they were at my location in literally 15 minutes — talk about fast service! This is actually my second time using them, and both experiences have been absolutely excellent. The driver was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Their customer service and reliability are top-notch — they truly go above and beyond to help when you’re in a tough spot. I’ll definitely continue to call Rush Recovery Towing for any future towing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, trustworthy company!

Very smooth, quick, and efficient work. The driver was extremely nice and made a bad experience(my truck breaking down) into a good one. The pricing was astronomically good! If you end up needing to get towed I would 100% recommend Rush.

Very impressive & dedicated driver Sheezy helped me out while I was stranded on the road. By himself he was able to tow & drop off my car to the mechanic safely & the price was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend! 10/10

I cannot praise this company enough - I’ve used them several times and each time is quality service. Prompt answers and fair quotes from staff, reasonable wait times, and friendly/professional drivers. Great communication with drivers too (they send pics of the car at the destination, etc). They make the headache of needing towing bearable in a city of towing companies that do not care about customers.

I was quoted one price over the phone, and when I got in the car they suddenly tried to charge me extra. The driver was very rude from the moment he arrived. He even asked me to push my own car so he could get it on the lift — then later tried to deny it and claimed he “never asked me to do that” and that he had cameras on the back of his truck. Completely unprofessional and unbelievable behavior. They took forever to even lift up the car, didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and had us sitting out in the cold rain while they struggled for over 45 minutes just to hook the vehicle up. On top of that, they arrived 30 minutes later than the time they promised. The transportation vehicle was disgusting — the inside smelled horrible, the driver smelled just as bad, and to make it even worse, I literally saw bed bugs crawling on the seat and on the driver’s jacket. Absolutely unacceptable.

They were very communicative, friendly, arrived and worked swiftly, and had a great/fair rate. I highly recommend them.
