I've got a few races coming up, and wanted more of a personal touch when it came to my training, having used Runna previously. Having only been working with Liam the last few weeks, it's amazing the positive impact it's made. The friendliness and extra level of effort that Liam goes to across the board and not just on the actual running sessions, but the wider points like strength and nutrition etc which is pivotal to supporting your fitness levels and improving your running journey. I really couldn't recommend Liam enough!

I have only worked with Liam for 3 weeks, but I am already seeing huge benefits. I started working with Liam as I had a half marathon in 3 weeks and a full marathon 6 weeks later. I had got stuck in a bit of a rut and felt I wasn't fulfilling my potential. Liam is incredibly easy to talk to, and really makes you feel as if no question is a silly question. Looking forward to seeing what I can achieve with the thorough and personalised plans that he offers! Would 100% recommend with no hesitation.

I’ve had an amazing experience training with Run Stark, specifically with Liam. In just 12 weeks, he’s helped me go from barely managing 3k to running over 10k with confidence as well as great speeds He’s incredibly supportive and knows how to keep you consistent without being pushy as well as having great knowledge and advising with how to avoid injuries and deal with niggles/pains as soon as they arise. I really appreciate the flexibility in his training calendar, which makes it easy to fit workouts around a busy schedule. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and encouraging running coach!

I had a running analysis with Liam and it was invaluable. After struggling with shin splints it was amazing to get to the bottom of what was causing it. A few adjustments to my technique (and some strengthening exercises) have done the world of good and I’m running almost pain free for the first time in months. Highly recommend Liam!

I can’t recommend Liam enough! He has been amazing in preparing me for the London Marathon, creating a clear structure for my runs, rest, supplements, and nutrition. His guidance has kept me consistent and motivated, and he’s always available to answer any question whenever I’ve needed support. Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, I feel more prepared and confident than ever.

Went to liam to assess if my running style was contributing to my injury. He immediately identified i had a long stride pattern causing my heel to act as a brake each stride. He showed me how to change my stride pattern, exercises to practise and recommended trainers that fit my running gait. All in 1 session! Can't imagine the gainz id get from a full program!

I'm training for a marathon in October and was looking for a coach to gather accountability as well as structure for my training. Liam is an easy to approach and friendly coach where you know no question is a silly question. On top of that he's been super responsive to any training, nutrition, equipment questions I have. The programming app is super easy to sync up to my watch and I'm good to go with great feedback features integrated into it. Would 100% recommend so far 🙏

Great experience, wanted a in-depth session to improve my running form, strength training and other areas and Liam exceeded my expectations! Had all the right gear to make the work easy, made a lot of progress in the 1st session that is already of benefit in such a short space of time, really knowledgable and likeable guy. Can only recommend and will continue to see in the future!👌

Liam was amazing help for my Brighton marathon training and there is no doubt that I wouldn’t have competed in that race if I didn’t have his plan and meetings! Held me to account but with flexibility around my runs as he knows everyone has a life they need to work round. He also helped with nutrition which was huge for me. I have recommended Liam to everyone I know who is interested in running and will continue to do so!

I won’t lie. I was quite sceptical of getting myself a coach. Always been one that likes to do things on my own accord in my own time at my desired pace. But since having Liam as my coach my running has gone to another level whilst also remaining really enjoyable, If not more enjoyable. I have so much more structure and meaning to my runs which helps so much with my growth. Been working with Liam for maybe 2 months now and I’ve already knocked 9 minutes off my half marathon time and a very hilly course. Great thing about Liam is he’s honest but not demanding. He works to your schedule and understand sometimes life gets in the way. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. If you’re having doubts then don’t. Liam is your man.
