Rug Rescue Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I had the greatest experience with rug rescue this afternoon. Ben came in and deep cleaned my white 5 seat sectional and did an amazing job at it. Since we got this couch second handed it had an animal smell which he was able to take out with ease. One thing that stood out to me the most is the heating system that was installed into his van making the cleaning even more precise with the correct temperature water. Ben was able to finish the job in no time and left my couch spotless. After calling multiple cleaning companies and collecting quotes, this company was the most affordable yet exceeded my expectations with cleaning. Also, I was worried about the strong chemical smell that might be left behind after a couch cleaning, but Ben was able to take all that sent out leaving the couch fresh. I highly recommend this company!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had gone through two bottles of enzyme cleaner trying to get rid of a pervasive dog pee smell in my apartment, and finally decided to call these guys. Not only did they completely fix the problem, they even managed to get rid of a stain I’d inadvertently caused by using the wrong kind of cleaning solution. They were 2 hrs late, but it wasn’t their fault (previous job was bigger than reported), and he knocked off some of the final price because of this. Now I have peace of mind and a beautiful, clean carpet that I can happily walk barefoot on. Completely worth it.

Ben- at Rug rescue was very kind, efficient and didn't try upselling me. Also did a fantastic job of getting rid of our pets accident in our two guest rooms. Rooms no longer stink 10 out of 10 recommend.

Had an appointment for today. Took time off work only to have them no-show. Called the number I had who said they ran late on a job and would be an hour late. Then I get a text from the supervisor that they aren’t coming. Totally unprofessional. Unacceptable.

JJ was super friendly and very professional. My carpets look so much better. I hadn't had them cleaned for many years so I didn't expect all the heavy traffic areas to be perfect

My dog had really bad diarrhea all over the master bedroom in the middle of the night. Ever after I worked two hours scrubbing it I still had to call in a professional and it looks brand new now. Great service and great price as well. They also serviced the rest of my house as well

Not worth the money. We paid $200 for an area rug to be cleaned after a dog had an accident on it. Our goal was to remove the urine smell so it was clean and safe for our kids to crawl around on again. Rug rescue left the rug wet in the garage (where it was cleaned) and said it would be dry in a few hours. That was Monday. Here we are on Friday after having an osculating heater blowing on it constant with it hanging and it finally was almost dry so we brought it in. Urine smell gone, new weird mildew smell acquired. We break out our home shampooer to try to remove the smell and were shocked by how dirty the water was coming out of it. Called the company to let them know and spoke to the tech who did the job. Explained the situation and was told he could reclean it but would not discount anything. Disappointing experience.

Ben came at last minutes notice and did the final room in the house. He'd cleaned the rest of the house earlier in the week. It all looked and smelled so good I called him and he came the next day to do my dining room. Truly did a Top Notch job. We'll call them again. Thet literally rescued us!
