My experience working in a local outdoor power equipment dealership helped me realize that in today's digital era, clients are looking for a much more robust service experience than the dealers are providing. This experience led to the inception of Ruffridge LLC.
The goal at Ruffridge is to rewrite the book on lawn mower and small engine service. We start by scheduling convenient, free pickup of your equipment at your home. You will be contacted via text or phone within 2 days with a complete estimate of the necessary repairs (not 2-3 weeks like the big dealers). If the estimate is approved, work will be completed and equipment returned to your home within 1 week. At all times in the process the customer is updated on the status of their machine.
Who wants to put their dirty mower in their car, drive it to the dealer, and leave it there for 2-3 weeks in the middle of summer waiting and wondering when their machine will be repaired?
