Normally Rudy's RV moble Repair are closed on the weekends. I called Friday because of electrical issues while camping at Lake manatee state park. Justin said he would try to get there later but didn't make it but called me saying he would be there 10ish. Saturday morning. He dosen't work on weekends and spends time with his kids, but his wife picked them up which gave him Saturday free and came to check out our RV problem. Justin was here 10ish and found and fixed the problem within 15 mins. He took the converter out and there was a loose wire. We thought the converter was the problem which would been a lot of money to replace. Justin was honest and respectful. He and Rudy's RV Repair has my highest recomendation. Sorry for the long review, but I think Justin deserves it.

We called Justin at Rudy’s RV Repair on a Thursday morning to help us with an emergency situation on our travel trailer. The evening before I had accidentally over filled our 30 gallon black tank with water and it fell out and crashed to the ground. It ripped down the protective underbelly covering of our trailer and broke our gray tanks drain lines. After explaining the situation to Justin, he rearranged his work schedule so he could come over the same afternoon to assess the damage and get started on the repairs. After securing parts to rebuild the damaged piping, he returned the next day to complete the repairs including rebuilding the piping, remounting the tank back under our trailer, reinstalling all of the damaged underbelly covers, adding additional support straps to our tank and seal tape to any gaps in the underbelly covers. He explained all that needed to be done, patiently answered questions, did what he said he would do, in the time frame he laid out. He did an excellent job on our repairs working under wet, rainy conditions on an uncomfortable gravel covered campsite. As expected, the repairs were not cheap but given the nature and circumstances of our situation and both the quality and timeliness of the work Justin performed, we felt his price to do the job was quite reasonable. Our opinion is that Justin is a highly competent technician as well as an all around nice guy. He saved our vacation and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found him. My wife and I highly recommend him!

Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. He was here when agreed and fixed our refrigerator. I was loosing hope but Justin saved the day! We are keeping his number and already recommended him to our friends that own RVs… Thanks Justin!

His professionalism, experience and honesty is what you'll get and the man knows his business and will tell it to you straight. I needed diagnosis of an electrical issue on my motorhome and Justin methodically worked his way through my electrical system to identify the root issue. He made the necessary repairs that day and subsequently after obtaining the required parts, as well as approval from the insurer for my extended warranty. He also assisted me in making the claim under my rig’s extended warranty. Justin was fair and courteous and did an excellent job in communicating about the repairs and throughout the process with the warranty company, which took several weeks. Would highly recommend Rudy’s RV repair!
