If your child is charged with an offense, they will most likely have to appear in juvenile court. It is your responsibility to make sure that your child appears in court at the appointed time. If they do not appear in court, it will only make the situation worse. If your child was released into your custody on special conditions outlined by the court, it is also your responsibility to make sure that they abide by those conditions.
