RT Heavy Duty Repair

Broke down on the side of the highway near them. And all I can say is WOW! between calling and being back on the road it wasn't even half an hour. Awesome crew they have there. Tammy answered the phone and was very kind and understandable. The mechanic came straight away was very knowledgeable and bam the job was done. Thank you guys if I have anything else happen when I'm near by will definitely be going back.

Adam and Tammy really helped us out. We were driving through Morinville and had an engine light come on our dashboard. They squeezed us in and did a diagnostic scan for us right away so we knew what was going on. Super helpful explaining the issue.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Incorrectly installed a cistern and in the wrong location. The cistern provided was contaminated and had to be professionally cleaned, the pump control was faulty and cost me an additional $1600 for a new one. And finally he broke into my home and RCMP had to intervene.

I am very happy with this shop. Easy to work with in a timely manner. Adam is a great mechanic. I recommend RT for heavy trucks.
