Sergio came out to change a flat tire of mine. Unfortunately my spare tire was low in air, and he took care of that as well. He was very professional, fast, kind and helpful. I was able to get back on the road within 15min or so. Definitely recommend service with him!

Sergio was super helpful when my battery for my car died. This was the first time changing our battery in our new vehicle and was a little unsure what type of battery to use and confidence in getting it installed successfully. Sergio came quickly, was very nice, professional & knowledgeable. He went above & beyond a quick jump. He checked my alternator, corrected my alert message in the system, & offered to go get me a new battery. I would definitely ask for him again. Great customer service!

Sergio came out to help us get our car started. He was kind and efficient. He got out his test meter and his jump box and went to work. He tested the alternator and then the battery to diagnose the problem. When the things he tried didn't work he said "hold on I have one more idea". That idea worked and he got our car to start. We are so grateful for him and his willingness to not give up. Highly recommend calling Sergio, he was fantastic!

Driving into town, I came to a stop at Bell & Citrus when my car suddenly stalled…and then the battery died. I threw my flashers on right away and called AAA, only to find out they were 30+ minutes out. So there I sat, stranded in the left lane, while drivers honked, flipped me off, and even tried to hop the sidewalk to get around me. I explained to several people what was happening—did it matter? Absolutely not. The rudeness continued. I finally got out of my car to stand safely off to the side because I truly thought I might get rear-ended. Then, out of nowhere, a kind man appeared who had turned around after seeing my car stranded and me standing on the side of the road. Just so happens, Sergio owns RSQNOW Mobile Battery & Roadside Service and jumped my car so I could finally get out of the roadway. I ended up having Sergio replace my high performance battery after he did a diagnostic test to confirm my battery was toast. He came to my home for the replacement, was prompt and courteous, and beyond professional. You will not be disappointed with the service you receive from Sergio.
