RSM Plumbing

Made an appointment with RSM Plumbing last week and, after arranging my entire day around their arrival window, they cancelled due to other jobs taking too long. Ok, that happens. Rebooked for this weekend for the first appointment window to avoid the same scenario and they didn’t show. No call from them so I called and it sounded like they forgot to reschedule my appointment and they told me that they could fit me in a three hour window 4 hours later in the day. No thanks! I booked another plumber for next week.

We had an emergency tonight. We called Gilbert and without hesitation he came right over to help. Super friendly, extremely professional and above all knowledgeable! You can trust that they will know what the problem is and ready with solution! You can’t go wrong with them!!!

Mike M at RSM Plumbing saved us today - I would give him a million stars out of 5 if I could. We are nearing the end of a complete home remodel and the sub-contractor installed our new countertops today - on a Saturday. I wasn't home but my husband called to tell me that the subs broke the valve under the sink (or something along those lines - plumbing is not a language I speak fluently), and water was flooding the brand new hardwood floors we just had installed in the kitchen, entry way, and into our dining room. My husband and the sub got the water shut off - but we needed a plumber in ASAP to fix the broken valve (or whatever it was). My husband called RSM Plumbing and they sent Mike M out to fix it. He came out within an hour or so and quickly fixed the problem. After he left we realized that the pilot light on the hot water tank wouldn't light again despite my husband's efforts. Mike M was already on his way to another job about an hour away but I called the dispatch who plead our case to Mike M who agreed to drive an hour back out of his way to come and fix the pilot light. Let me tell you - Mike M didn't have to agree to help us out. The job he was on was near his home and it would have been the last one of his long Saturday - but he DID come out and he DID help us out. If he hadn't - we likely would have been without hot water until Monday. Mike's kindness, and the dispatcher's (didn't catch her name) kindness and empathy about our frustrating and dire situation really touched my heart. It's so nice in these challenging days and times to deal with wonderful people who go out of their way for a customer. So THANK YOU MIKE M AND NICE DISPATCHER!

Gilbert arrived on time and diagnosed the exact area of a leak in my concrete slab. He cut back the drywall, found and re-routed the line without disturbing the concrete. He cleaned up and hauled away the debris all before lunch. Great job. I use them in my commercial building also. I highly recommend them.

After a months of broken promises they left the job with more leeks than when they started with 2 major holes they dug still open. It costs us $3500.00 to call another company to clean up and finish the work they contracted for which was done in 2 days

There were new hydrants being installed in my community, but we didn't know it, so when we flushed the toilets or ran any water, it was loud and scary, with a lot of sputtering. RSM Plumbing came out quickly, diagnosed the issue (massive air in the water lines) and ran multiple water sources until it cleared. The biggest surprise - they only agreed to take a couple bottles of water and that's it. No charge. RSM Plumbing will be my go-to from now on.

WARNING: ***I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! *** This company is not ethical and will TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! They quoted me $2,200.00 on a slab leak repair that said they would have to go up in the ceiling from another area of the house to re-route it. When they got there they found out it only had to be re-routed from the sink in the room to the toilet in the same room about 4ft away. It took them 2 hours and they DID NOT ADJUST THE CHARGE. They charged me $1100.00 AN HOUR!!! NO ONE MAKES THAT FOR AN HOURS WORK. This is rental property so I was not there, so they totally took advantage of the situation. So upset even after calling them, they wouldn't adjust the charge to fit the job they did.

We've been using RSM for years for minor plumbing needs. Gilberto just came out (on time) and diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it right away. Very nice, socialable guy, too. Happy with the service.

RSM Plumbing is our neighbor & we trust this company for ALL our issues for the past 15 years. We trust them because they're fair, reliable & they get the job done. Thanks for all your help!

Gil and his son have provided excellent service for over the last 6 years. I've managed different apartments buildings over this time and RSM is the only plumbers I trust to get the job done right the first time.
