Today I was recovered by Gurbux. However l, it was so much more than that. He contacted me on job assignmemt to tell Me his ETA. He arrived at dead on informed time and with a smile that lit up the gloomiest of days! He loaded the truck, with care and precision, and I sat in the cab safe and warm. He then offered me drink and friendly chat for three hours as he took me to my local garage. Gurbux is a man dedicated to his work and professional whilst being friendly all the time. His truck looked brand new, was comfy and super clean. We chatted all the way to our destination and it turned a wet and wasted day into one in which I feel genuinely luck to have met such a warm and caring father. Thanks to RS Recovery for today but mainly for employing someone who shone as a beacon for care, compassion and professionalism. A massive shout out to Josh Cooke Who gave my Truck open heart surgery and went out of his way to find a part that Scania didn’t have RS recovery have a true star working for them and as for RS recovery they were super fast got the job done. I cannot write this company highly enough, especially Josh who bent over backwards to find the hydraulic leak and rectify with Pertec supplying the pipe job done. Sorry about the mess in Johnson’s yard hydraulic fluid is a bugger to clean up Top marks guys

Had a great experience with Gurbux today! I work for DPD and my electric van broke down just a short distance from a charging station. Gurbux was super professional, and went above and beyond to help position the van perfectly at the charger. Couldn’t have asked for better service really appreciated his skill. Highly recommend

On Wednesday I reported my breakdown at 13.34 and after hours off waiting I was rescued by Gurbux. He phoned me asked my age and told me he would be out in 20 mins, he turned up and recovered me and I arrived home at 3.15am and he still had a 2hour drive home He really couldn’t do enough to make my horrible day better He was professional friendly and he done everything to make me feel better. He is a credit to the recovery team and I wish him nothing but success and happiness for the future

My van broke down on the hard shoulder of the A1 when I was over 2 and a half hours away from home. Gurbux came to my rescue! He was on his home and there was no one else close who could recover me. Despite this adding an additional 3 or 4 hours to his day, he happy agreed to help to get me home. Gurbux needed a break and we was going past his house, we parked up and 2 minutes later he came out with a plate of curry, a naan and coffee. It was such a kind gesture! Gurbux has made the nightmare of breaking down an enjoyable experience. He's a really, really lovely guy. A credit to the company. Thank you so much Gurbux

Vicky was tasked with rescuing my patrol car (game keeper became poacher!) obviously we deal with a huge amount of recovery driver and companies and being ex roadside myself, I’ve experienced most! Vicky is an absolute credit to the team, super friendly, professional, competent and most of all safe. Relayed back to base, I made a well earned cup of coffee for Vicky and the car was already of the truck and in parking space. Quick brew and off into the night to rescue the next one.
